Terminal for the individual proband for info request and record management of personal medical history via touch screen. 

Accident module with automated e-mail notification also to Workers Compensation Insurance company, Ambulance Service module to register acute medical indication.

Vaccination Certificates Book with titer control and graphical illustration. Employee file including complete diagnostic archive enables a rapid overview of the individual proband.

Linked to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Integrated text program and correspondence module for a PLUS in data integrity. Fabiola database safely keeps letters, forms and documentation.

Illustration of various organizational structures – even multi dimensional. These illustrations can be automatically designed via the Vertinex importing function. It goes without saying that you can also stick to the manual set-up option. Automated working anamnesis of the proband.

Full company information (operational record entries) and services (site inspections) are managed within the Operational File system.

Image- and scanning documentation, in order to transfer photographs, documents and pdf files to Fabiola for administration purposes. User identification via company ID System (for example by inserting the company ID card etc).

Calculation module for the fully automated registration and accounting of various services as consultations, inspections, ambulance entries and occupational medical check ups. All contracts of your customers are fully illustrated in Fabiola and automatically invoiced also taking various individual exceptions into account.

Health Care Management

The industry of today is setting high benchmarks for requirements to be realized by Occupational Health Care. With shrinking medical staff and resources high quality medical care has to be delivered and sustainable prevention has to be successfully achieved. Answers and strategies have to be given and developed to constantly protect staff from health jeopardy.

Fabiola offers substantiated information delivery and decision guidance in the area of Occupational Health Care.  Fabiola is providing a considerable variety of different Statistics and Evaluations as well as statistical calculations such as mean value, aberrance and variance of standard. With a few clicks only, a user can furthermore set-up individual requests and query the data anytime again and again. Of course, this is all done pseudonymously. On top of this, all results can be transferred into the Actual Reporting. Thus, quarter-, fiscal year- or annual reports (as an example) can be provided quickly and reliably.

Different Scores like WAI (work ability index), BMI (body mass index) and PROCAM are disposing further judgmental facts to Occupational Health Care.

In personal discussions, Occupational Health Care is capable to illustrate with Fabiola graphically the personal health development to a proband when maintaining or eliminating certain risk factors. An image mostly says more than 1000 words. Hereby, Fabiola realizes the utmost modern requirements without any compromises.

Process Optimization

Fabiola is a standardized software solution that is flexible enough to impact positively on processes and work cycles. This is valid for the Occupational Health Care department and for the communication with other functions as Human Resources or Industrial Safety. Fabiola optimizes without interferences. Multiple work flows are automated within FABIOLA. The processes self-actingly work in the background without an additional care taking or action from the user side. No matter how complicated these processes are, client specific invoicing mechanisms, different deadlines, appointments, critical values, acceptance parameters referring to a occupational medical check up within various organizational units or rather complex reporting structures, Fabiola administrates everything reliably. Once entered, Fabiola takes the data into account and automatically processes them in the background. Of course, this also applies to the information exchange with other systems like SAP-HR etc. The result: - Real process optimization.

Integration

The homogenous integration of the software into an existing IT-architecture comes naturally to Vertinex and is subject to be frequently done in practice. The data flow between the various systems is not a one way construction but bi-directional. Fabiola is communicating with existing employee data systems like  SAP-HR,  Paisy etc. - Fabiola absorbs prevailing data records, processes this information and sends data back as newly archived entries to the system: – Facile, simplified and above all fully automated.  What is really great about it? All this applies to invoices and attestations too.

Fabiola, of course, operates in a CITRIX or WTS-environment (Windows-Terminal-Server). Hence, Fabiola has been implemented by the biggest European CITRIX-user. A Link to Office-Systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook is also given.

With the help of Fabiola, individually ambitioned applications (appointment scheduling, attestations, requests or accident notifications) can be also executed by users via Intranet/Internet who do not regularly work with Fabiola. Hence, the responsible Line Manager is granted only access to the attestations legally relevant to her/him and may make them visible in her/his browser. The appointment scheduling can be done directly by the proband or by the organization via intranet-calendar planner. With Fabiola you make use of occupational health care software that may be effortlessly integrated into your individual system landscape.

Gateways / Medical Equipment

Fabiola holds multiple gateways to various systems and appliances at disposal.
The Data Transfer of laboratory values are processed according to LDT- or HL7-standard. If necessary, Fabiola administrates multiple laboratories with different protocols. The transfer of the laboratory data set can be initiated fully automated upon a single push of a button.

The majority of the medical equipment existing in the European market is linked to Fabiola. Control of the device can be completed (depending on the producer) /standardized by the device software (GDT-Data Transfer) or directly by Fabiola. With the latter, data is directly stored within Fabiola and is made available to all computers. Implementation of a device software to read or to pull data is not necessary any longer. Linkage of the devices is also realizable in a CITRIX-environment. Upon request we would happily provide a list of the linked medical equipment.
   
Gateways for an exchange of staff master data, attestations or invoices with systems like SAP-HR and PAISY enable a highly efficient cooperation of the two high performance software programs – especially, if the exchange is being executed fully automated (the user does not initiate the data exchange any more).
